Chairperson - CA Kishore Alex hailing from Kottayam/ Kerala (South India). After graduation in Mathematics and did master’s in Financial Management in 2002 and CA qualified in 2003.Currently working as Head of Risk in a semi government company Qatar Real Estate Investment company. (Alaqaria). Prior to joining QREIC, held several managerial positions in large organizations, including Mirc Electronics Ltd. (Onida) as Finance Manager for South India and Hi Tec Telecom as Assistant Finance Manager. Had sounds of experience in Risk Management, Financial planning, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions,Interested in cricket, football, listen to music, chatting with family and best friends.Always believes in principles of hard work, sincerity and team work.

Vice Chairperson - CA Arun Somanath, Finance professional with over 16 years of experience, presently working as Finance Head (Qatar) with Aster DM Healthcare, a leading Healthcare Group in GCC and a listed company in India.

CA Arun has been associated with the group for almost a decade now. He has in-depth knowledge about healthcare functioning along with expertise in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Budgeting, MIS & Reporting, Procurement and Revenue Cycle Management.

He started his career with GE Consumer and Industrial (Manufacturing Industry, India) and then moved to Dubai and worked with an Audit firm where he audited many well-known large to medium sizes companies, including a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation functioning from JAFZA before becoming a part of Aster Family.

He is also a part of the Advisory committee of Aster Volunteers, Qatar an association engaged in many benevolent activities in Qatar for low income workers.

He is an ardent sports lover and passionate about Cricket, Badminton and Football.

Secretary - CA Dewaki Nandan is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Dewaki Nandan is certified as a SAP S/4 HANA consultant in Financial and Management Accounting, SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, and Treasury. He has traveled to various countries such as Canada, UK, France, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain for SAP consulting. With over 23 years of experience in the Telecom, Automobile, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Healthcare and FMCG sectors, he specializes in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Auditing. Dewaki Nandan has a strong background in automating Business Processes and implementing solutions on the SAP Platform. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Financial Systems Manager at Power International Holding. Additionally, he has served as the past president of the CA Toastmasters club. Treasurer - CA Rakesh Bahety, Senior Financial Professional with over 13 years of experience (10 years in Qatar), skill and expertise in Corporate Finance, Budgeting & Controlling, Contract Management, MIS Reporting, Stakeholder Interest. Excom Member - CA Aswathy Nandan, is a finance professional having a wide spectrum of experience working in finance as well as audit domains of small to medium size companies in India and the State of Qatar. Throughout her career, she has fostered effective partnerships with cross functional teams that helped her to evolve as a better leader in management roles. She have been contributing towards the profession by associating with the conduct of various events by the Doha chapter of ICAI. CA Aswathy is passionate about training and motivating freshers in the accounting industry. She love to practice Yoga and enjoy dancing and have performed in various stages in India. Excom Member - CA Manish Kumar, is a Member of ICAI since 2002. Out of his 23 years’ professional career, he has been a banker in the last 19 years. He has worked in the SME Banking Vertical with ICICI Bank, Yes Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in India. Currently, he is working with Qatar Development Bank since 2011. He is also a past President of CA Toastmasters Club. He is actively involved in supporting the development of SME sector and is a Coach and Mentor for the Al-Fikra National Entrepreneurship Competition organized by Qatar University and QDB. Dinesh is also, a Microsoft certified ERP Implementer specialised in finance module of Microsoft’s ERP – Navision. Currently, Neetha serves as the ICV Engagement Leader at Eisa Alderbasti Auditing and Assurance, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in auditing, accounting, and investment.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Neetha is deeply passionate about the arts, including painting, acting, and public interaction. She has showcased her artwork in various prestigious exhibitions across India and Qatar, demonstrating her multifaceted talents.
